One full screen, one instruction at a time. Contract and rest phases, rep progress, and a pause button that never judges you.
Completed days, current and best streaks, and a month at a glance. Miss a day and nothing shouts at you.
Stop early and the session saves as partial rather than vanishing. Your record stays true, which is the only way it stays useful.
One notification a day at a time that is usually yours, on the days you choose. Three tones, none of them pushy.
No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Sessions live in the app on your phone. Sound or vibration cues, and reduced motion whenever you want a simpler view.
The screen fills with one thing at a time, so you’re never counting in your head. Contract phases are plum, rest phases go sage - you’ll learn the rhythm in a session or two.
Sit or lie down. Three seconds to settle before anything starts.
Gently draw up, like closing a zip. The circle grows with you - keep breathing.
Let everything go. Soft belly, soft jaw. The rest counts as much as the squeeze.
Finish and it logs itself. Stop early and it saves as partial. Nothing to fill in.

The Beginner program uses short, gentle three-second holds designed for exactly that stage. That said, everyone recovers differently - if you are newly postpartum, in pain, or have pelvic concerns, please check with your midwife, GP or a pelvic health physiotherapist before starting.
Between about two and four minutes depending on the program. Beginner is eight reps of a three-second hold with five seconds of rest; Advanced is fifteen reps of ten seconds.
Nothing. The app records the gap and carries on. There are no streak-loss notifications, no red warnings and no guilt copy anywhere - the streak is there to encourage you, not to police you.
No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Your sessions, settings and achievements are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else.
Yes. Kegels collect nothing and sends nothing anywhere. If you choose to turn on Apple Health, sessions are written to Health on your device - that is opt-in and off by default. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Yes. Choose sound, vibration, both or none. There is also a reduced-motion setting that replaces the breathing animation with a simple countdown, and the app respects the system Reduce Motion setting too.
Eighteen programs beyond the two free ones: the strength ladder from Foundation to Advanced, the reverse-kegel routines, and the sets built for after birth, pregnancy, intimacy and winding down. You can also build your own routines. Everything else - the timer, full history, streaks, all 23 achievements and reminders - is free forever.
Yes, with Pro. Each finished session is saved to Health as a workout, so your training sits alongside your runs and walks rather than in a silo. It is off until you turn it on, iOS asks separately before anything is written, and it is write-only - the app never reads your health data. No calorie estimate is recorded, because guessing one for pelvic floor work would be fiction.
In the Settings app on your iPhone, under your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and your history stays exactly as it is.
Contract gently - a lift, never a strain. Keep breathing normally throughout, relax fully between contractions, and stop if anything hurts.
Kegels offer general wellness guidance, not medical advice. If you’re postpartum, in pain, or have pelvic concerns, please check in with a qualified health professional.
